I thought it would be fun to make a little edit of me riding the Charge Filter Apex cyclocross bike as it’s so perfect for the terrain around Devon. I have to say, I truly love this bike. Anyway, seeing as I’m always all over the place my camera and I are not currently in the same place, and thus it was that we tried to film on a rather crappy little point and shoot.
Unfortunately, the footage turned out to be of such a terrible quality that we didn’t film heaps of stuff, it just didn’t seem worth it, but seeing as we imported the footage at the end of the day and had enjoyed a great day out around Dartmoor, I thought I might as well edit it all together anyway.
So the following is a not so great video filmed with a truly terrible camera!
By the way, you might want to click the little cog on the bottom right of the youtube video and change the quality to 720 which improves it a tiny bit. Oh, and squint your eyes a little, maybe even have a few pints first.
Excellent choice of music, the much-missed Capricorns. Happy riding Juliet!
Hey thats a lot better than my attempt at a CX clip a couple of years ago. It turned out my 90-s phone not only had crappy picture but also very very limited memory

ah yeah, about as grainy as mine!
But hey, that’s about 15 seconds of footage made into a 1 minute clip. Me = proud
Scary thing about that video isn’t the vid quality or the weather conditions but the colour of that tea – give it a stir will ya
i agree, as soon as I started pouring, i thought ‘oh no.’ But i was so thirsty for tea!
