Nose manual in La Defense
The day after the trick comtest in Paris we went riding in La Defense. It was a beautifully hot, sunny day and La Defense is full of great stuff to ride. It was also full of people so maybe a Sunday would have been better. We had a great session then rode up to the Jardin De Tuileries for a pikey picnic AKA McDonalds.
Here’s me doing a nose manual:

yup i ride everyday
.. if you don’t mind please answer my question
, is that okay if using 26inch wheel set to a 700c frame ? and is that a must to used a small chain ring if i want to learn to do some tricks ? .. thanks before:)

It depends what frame and how high the bottom bracket is. It definitely doesn’t work with some frames. I guess smaller chain rings are stronger and more out of the way when you are grinding
